Yep, no McDonald's if you happen to be on horseback going through the drive-thru. Personally, I have not eaten at a McDonald's in years now and have no intention of doing so, but it's interesting to think they won't let you go through on horseback. I saw it happen once at a Burger King in New Mexico. That was when I was in college, but they served him then.
I do wonder what you have been up to, since we have not spoken or texted in days now. I try not to focus on this new return to lack of communication, because it serves no purpose in moving me forward to truly being a changed individual, but one does wonder. I hope that you are well and happy with whatever pursuits you are under-taking.
Over the weekend, I did some hiking at Cacapon State Park over by Berkley Springs. It brought me back to another time when you and I went hiking there and had such a wonderful time. That was when we hadn't been dating too long, just a few months in, and it was Winter, but we saw a baby deer on our short walk and shared many laughs. Memories have a habit of finding me wherever I go.
Friday evening, I saw A Million Ways to Die in the West. No, it wasn't first rate movie making, but it has its funny moments, and sometimes those laughs are what you need. A Happy Birthday to a more serious acting talent, Marilyn Monroe, whose birthday was yesterday.
I started two new "challenges" yesterday. The first is a writing challenge. I have daily prompts that I will be writing for the next 30 days. Today I wrote about my biggest regret from last year. That would be our breakup. Nothing in my life have I regretted more than that. I also started an art challenge yesterday. Yesterday was just doodling, but it did produce some interesting items. I have to do todays shortly. I have some talent for art and have always enjoyed it, so will be glad to finally do something with both of these creative endeavors.
I counted 33 Kia's on Friday, 53 on Saturday, 75 on Sunday and 40 today. Today, the 25th Kia looked just like yours.
Goodnight, my love, may you have a pleasant sleep and find comfort in your world and the life you are living. I hope you are truly well and enjoying life. I still have hope for a day when I can ask, Will you marry me?
Always yours,
MNP
