I like strange and unusual places. Since I don't have the money to extensively travel, I like to read up on places. Today I learned about the Nullarbor Plain in Australia, meaning treeless. It's 200,000 square miles of largely nothingness. It is the world's largest single exposure of limestone bedrock. It's the classic Australia Outback that we all think of. Hard to imagine that Henri Gilbert crossed all of Australia, including the Nullarbor Plain, in 1897-98 with no support team or stock.
I also watched an interesting program on Snow Monkeys. They are absolutely adorable, but live such difficult lives, especially in the frigid Winters.
Well . . .I would think that surgery was only a day away, but I got a letter from my insurance company today stating that before they would approve the surgery that they needed some questions answered from the neurosurgeon's office. The letter was dated 4/16/14, so I hope it's already been taken care of, but I did call them. I had to leave a message. Tomorrow I will call the insurance. Ack, really hoping it has been.
Did you see that Jodi Foster got married to ALEXANDRA Hedison! I have often been told by people that I remind them of Jodi Foster, so I thought it was rather interesting that she married an Alexandra.
I counted 37 Kia's today.
On that note, I am off to have a drink or two because I can't drink tomorrow night and who knows when I will next be able to have one. I hope your studying is going well and most of all that you can relax, that's the most important thing of all. Good luck tomorrow. Here's to you passing your test! Here's to you and I reconciling! Here's to you and I getting married one day.
Here's to you,
