Gold. It hold such a power over the human mind and has for centuries. We know it when we see it, and when we have it, we want more still. I was surprised to learn that the world's oceans hold nearly 20 million TONS of GOLD. I can't even fathom that quantity of gold. Lord help the oceans if man ever comes up with a way to extract it.
I mowed part of the lawn today! Another step forward in my progress after surgery. I don't know if I was really supposed to be doing something like that just two weeks after surgery, but I was really starting to feel rather useless and felt ok with doing it, so I did.
I really didn't do much more than that and take some walks and run a few errands today along with doing a little bit of work that I have left over from the rest of the work week. I am counting down the days though to when I go for my first post-surgery checkup. Hopefully, I will find out I get to take off this collar sooner than later.
I counted 95 Kia's today and the very first one of the day looked just like yours.
As always, the best part of my day were the text conversations we had throughout the day. I look forward to our next get together.
Love always,
MNP
PS: Hoping you will give me another chance to ask: Will you marry me?
