Well, I have picked up my MRI results and there were a few surprises in there. The first one being Myelomalacia. It may turn out that I have that on top of the other issues, and it's not good. It's a softening of the spinal cord. It can prove fatal, but hopefully I have caught it early enough to stop it from progressing any further though I may have to live with some loss of muscle tone and dexterity. It makes it all the more important that I get this taken care of now. I wish my previous doctors had listened to me more. On top of my B-12 issue, this too can cause depression and mental deficits, which continues to make losing you all the more bitter than it was.
I look forward to seeing the nerve doctor tomorrow and getting on the right course of treating the issues in my neck. I took a peak at the MRI images. Some of them look like an alien, not a human. LOL I am going to have to post a few on Facebook. I just got done filling out all the paperwork to go to them. Why does there have to be so damned much?! You'd think you could fill out some of these forms once and they could share the information around when so much of it is the same.
Lots of excitement at lunch today with the jewelry store robbery on 85. The state helicopter was circling overhead the entire time and was when I left to come back to work. I counted 44 Kia's today as I was out for lunch and then to run errands. I hope you had an eventful day at work. Eventful, even when annoying or less than desirable, are always preferable to boring. If it wasn't eventful, how about I make it so - Will you marry me? If I was standing before you asking that right now, that would definitely make it eventful. SMILE!
