There was a popular book in the last few years, that I have no interest in reading, perhaps you've heard of it? 50 Shades of Grey. Well, that's got nothing on the wonders of the human eye. A non colorblind human eye can distinguish 500 shades of grey. That is simply remarkable and boggles the mind very much. At least it does mine.
I have to go to court tomorrow as a witness against Carol's cousin. That is going to be such fun . . .not! His lawyer got his murder conviction suppressed. Who did he murder? Oh, just his mother, probably the most rare of all murders. All of us witnesses have to be very careful not to say anything about the murder or it could end in a mistrial. He's facing court again because of having a firearm as a convicted felon. It's rather unbelievable to me how our legal system can work sometimes.
I have my CT scan scheduled for next Tuesday. All these tests that I have never had to do before. All coming at the same time and then capped off with my first surgery. Still am counting down the days though because being off the pain medicine has really made this rough.
I had a dream with you in it again, but it was not a good one. Definitely not the kind of dream I wanted to stay in and was thankful when I woke.
I counted 16 Kia's today.
If our human body is capable of such miracles as distinguishing so many shades, I think anything is possible and that's what I hope for - the impossible to be made real. For you and I to reconcile and live happily ever after.
Happily dreaming,
MNP
Will you marry me?
